The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post is all about those books that I’ve already read but I just don’t own in my library yet – whether they’re books I bought strictly in ebook or I own the ARCs but not an actual copy. There are a LOT of these so narrowing it down to ten is actually kind of hard!

Release Day Blitz – Rage by Cora Carmack + Excerpt & Giveaway!
I am so excited to be sharing the release day blitz for this book. This long awaited sequel has been a long time coming but I know what it took for this book to be finished. I’m heading down to San Diego today to see Cora Carmack at Mysterious Galaxy and celebrate the release of Rage, the sequel to her amazing fantasy, Roar.
Waiting on Wednesday {32}
Today’s Waiting on Wednesday post is a novel that I had never anticipated coming but am SO excited for. I just reread the entire Legend trilogy and I remembered why I loved it so much. Plus the ending of Champion leaves you with so many questions – about the world, about Eden, about Day and June…all of it and I can’t wait to hopefully get some answers!
Top Ten Tuesday – Favorite Tropes
The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post is all about tropes! I know, tropes totally get a bad name but let’s face it – stories wouldn’t exist without tropes and honestly, if done well, I like tropes. I USE tropes all the time when I’m writing. I find it kind of impossible to get through any story, whether I’m watching or creating, without at least one. Here are some of my faves!
Throwback Thursday Review: Legend by Marie Lu
The Throwback Thursday review is where I take a book I recently reread and review it with new eyes. It could be a book I’m reading for the second, third, fourth or millionth time. Some books haven’t been read in years so its fun to flashback and see if my opinion has changed!
This week’s book is Legend by Marie Lu. With the fourth book of the Legend series, Rebel, coming out this October, I’m excited to jump back into that dystopian world. The only problem is – I read the series so long ago. I read the entire series back in 2013, six years ago, so my memory of what exactly happens was basically nonexistent!

Please keep in mind that Flashback Friday reviews are based on reread books. They most likely will contain spoilers as the books have already been released for some time. This is your only warning if you want to avoid spoilers for these books.
Waiting on Wednesday {31}
Today’s Waiting on Wednesday post is a collaboration between Rainbow Rowell and Faith Erin Hicks and a graphic novel. I’m not usually a big graphic novel person, mostly because I usually read too fast to stop and enjoy the pictures BUT I adore Rainbow which means I’m SO excited for this novel to come out in just a couple of weeks!
