So as some of you may know (or you may not, nurse and in that case, welcome to my blog!), I went to meet Cassandra Clare for the second time yesterday. Though this time, it was extra special because I won the Biggest Fan award and was able to personally meet her and interview her.

There’s all kinds of cool pictures and my video interview that I can’t wait to share with you, once I get that all! I also have some funny stories and all that to tell you guys. It was a BLAST and Cassie is seriously…just a wonderful person, and a fantastic author.

Spring Break!! And WonderCon!

It’s finally Spring Break!

I feel like I have been in school for ages. And okay, it’s only been two months but I could really use this break. I’ve exams galore and papers and bleh. But it feels good now that I know I won’t have to go back to school until April 1st. Now if only this gloomy yucky weather would clear up and the beautiful California sun would come back out, nurse we would be super good!

But Spring Break I’d going to be awesome. I have a lot of things planned, or so it seems and it works out beautifully for me. My boyfriend has a different spring break than me (lame) so at least I can keep myself busy!

Giving Books Love

My sister and I are both book lovers. I have been a book lover my entire life, from the time I saw a small child. I think that I have mentioned before that my parents were kind of crazy and taught me to read at a pretty young age. So I was always a good reader. I always loved books.

And while the books that I loved when I was younger weren’t the most ground breaking of books (Sweet Valley High, Babysitter’s Club),I still have always have a deep love for books.

My sister fell into the book love a little later in life. She has very very very mild dyslexia, probably not even enough to be diagnosed but enough that reading was always really difficult for her, and obviously not something she wanted to jump into.
