Nikolai Lantsov has always had a gift for the impossible. No one knows what he endured in his country’s bloody civil war—and he intends to keep it that way. Now, as enemies gather at his weakened borders, the young king must find a way to refill Ravka’s coffers, forge new alliances, and stop a rising threat to the once-great Grisha Army.

Waiting on Wednesday (18)
This week’s Waiting on Wednesday is the long anticipated sequel to Audrey Coulthurst’s Of Fire and Stars, Of Ice and Shadow. I wasn’t even aware there WAS a sequel so finding out it was coming out this years was fantastic news!
Top Ten Tuesday – Books I’m Unsure If I Should Read (To TBR or Not…)
The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post was all about upcoming releases that I was on the fence about but I just couldn’t really think of any books that came to mind so I twisted the topic a little and decided to share ten books that I’ve been on the fence about reading, either books that have already come out and books that will come out.
The Sunday Post {2}
The Sunday Post is a weekly post hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer. This is a chance to wrap up the week and share what has happened. Continue on to read about what I’ve read, blogged, watched, listened to, played, written and experienced in the last week. I share any current giveaways or recent interviews! You can also take a peek at what’s to come in the next week!
January Wrap Up and February Goals!
I’m starting off the year strong, with ten books under my belt for the first month. I want to average about ten books a month so its a great start! I’m even four books into my Vampire Academy/Bloodlines reread goal so I’m happy. I didn’t read a lot of what I *said* I was going to read but that’s okay, I’m reading! I’m also doing SO much better with blogging so any book that is linked is linked to my spoiler free review (unless its a Flashback Friday review!)
Throwback Thursdsay Review: Frostbite and Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead
The Throwback Thursday review is where I take a book I recently reread and review it with new eyes. It could be a book I’m reading for the second, third, fourth or millionth time. Some books haven’t been read in years so its fun to throwback and see if my opinion has changed!
This week’s books are Frostbite and Shadow Kiss, which I read fairly back to back and are now blended in my mind together!
Please keep in mind that Throwback Thursday reviews are based on reread books. They most likely will contain spoilers as the books have already been released for some time. This is your only warning if you want to avoid spoilers for these books.
