The First Time I Found a Fandom: San Diego Comic Con

So one of the best parts of running this blog is meeting new people. I’ve met a ton of new friends who are fans of the similar fandoms of me, I’ve met people with writing goals like me and I’ve met a ton of nerd girl bloggers that are seriously awesome.

And I thought, hey,why not do some blog swaps? Why not help each other out?

Tuesday Top Ten-Fictional Male Crushes

So this was one of my first blog posts way back in May of 2012,  when I first started my blog.

The reason that I’m doing it again is this: when I first started my blog, I had about 15 followers, that were mostly my friends and family, and most of my friends and family were just like, “Okay, Sara, we’ll follow your blog but we don’t really get it…” Now, I have a lot more followers, and I’ve met more girl bloggers and I’ve really expanded myself out there. More people are coming to WhatANerdGirlSays than before.

WonderCon Day Three Highlights-All About Writing

Hello friends :)

Happy Easter, if you celebrate it, or if not, Happy Bunny Appreciation Day! Hope you guys all had a WONDERFUL Sunday!

Today was the last day of WonderCon :( Sad Face! Its always kind of a bittersweet ending, the last day of con. On one hand, you’re exhausted, your feet are killing you and you just to get some GOOD sleep. On the other hand, you’ve had a GREAT weekend and you never want it to end because you know the next con isn’t for awhile.

WonderCon Day One Highlights

   I had an awesome awesome awesome day today at WonderCon.

Today was my working day, and by working, I mean hanging out with my friends, Adrienne and Little Wolf (yes, that’s her name) and my brother Robby while hanging out at the Los Angeles Dumbledore’s Army table, recruiting members and encouraging all you Southern California Harry Potters to come out to Harry Potter Skate Night.
