I am a Disney fan and have been so since I was a small child. One of my earliest memories is riding in an Autopia car at Disneyland when I was two years old. My dad has worked at the park at various times in my life. I myself worked there in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland during the 60th anniversary of the park. I’ve been a consistent annual passholder since I was seventeen, back in 2005. I love Disneyland. It’s my happy place. The last time I went to the park was in February of last year, just a few days before my birthday, a tradition. I remember choosing not to go the last day the park was open because I was so sure the park would be open again soon and I immediately regretted it as the park has now been closed for over a year now.

Global Movie Day 2021 – Sara’s Top Ten Favorite Movies!
I just recently learned of a super cool new celebration – Global Movie Day! Created by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts, aka the Oscars, just ONE year ago, it is to be celebrated on the second Saturday of February and intended to celebrate the power and impact that movies have had all over the world for over 100 years now.
I LOOOOOOOVE movies. I love great movies, good movies, bad movies, cheesy movies, predictable movies, animated movies, movies in other languages, movies in the theaters, movies from the comfort of my couch, movie snacks, I just love movies. I don’t find this surprising since I just love stories in general and even though my favorite way to enjoy a story is a book, movies come a very, very close second. I love movies on lazy days, rainy days, sick days. I just love movies and I love that we have this cool, official, dedicated day to movies.
Today I’m sharing my ten favorite movies of all time so you can enjoy them!
Top Ten Tuesday – TEN NON-BOOKISH HOBBIES
The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s topic is all about the things you do when you’re NOT reading, which, for me, is a lot lately because I’ve barely been reading anything LOL. But honestly, it did take awhile for me to get new hobbies for sure! Reading is my number one hobby but I promise, I do like to do other things!
Top Ten Tuesday – Favorite Opening Lines
The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post is something I actually really like but I had to really take some time to think about for sure! I think opening lines can be super super important and can really grab you so this is just such a fun topic. I also did WAY more than 10. I honestly could have gone on and on and on and on.

Top Ten Tuesday – Favorite Animated Shows
The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post was not really something that I was into – books that you liked but don’t talk about much. I didn’t think I could even come up with any – I literally blog and ‘gram about books haha.
My family and I, since we can’t spend time together right now, have been texting a lot more and take turns coming up with a top ten prompt for the day and its been kind of awesome. I’m learning a lot about my siblings and dad that I didn’t know before and I’m really close with all of them. The other day my brother suggested top ten animated shows and I thought, okay that’ll work for today!
Top Ten Tuesday – Books I Read Because Someone Made Me!
The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post was a little open ended – books that we bought, borrowed or read because…insert something. I decided to share the books that I read because someone made me. Maybe it was a book I had no interest in reading because it wasn’t something I normally enjoy, maybe I gave it a second chance because a friend insisted, maybe it just was never on my radar until someone told me to read it.
Here we go!
