I know, I’m the worst blogger in the entire world. I totally introduce the idea of a weekly post called the Tuesday Three and I haven’t done it in weeks. I’m horrible. My only excuse is that I’ve been working hard in school and working hard to bring you awesome blog posts.
So here it is: The Tuesday Three :D
Today’s post is going to get a little corny. Why? One, because I’m in love and I have been for a very, very long time and it makes me feel a little corny. And two, this is my blog so I’m pretty sure I’m allowed to do whatever I want.
So recently I finished the third novel in the Heroes of Olympus series, Mark of Athena, and one of my favorite pairings in all the books that I’ve read is the Percabeth pairing: Percy and Annabeth. I waited allllll through the Olympians series for those to finally get together and when they did, I was so happy. And now that we’re seeing them as a couple in Mark of Athena….its the cutest thing in the entire world.
I mean, yeah, of course I read books because they are fun and adventurous and I like to be transported into a different world and because books make me think and they give me things to think about and they help me discover my own morals and values. I read for those and so many more reasons.
But, come on, you can’t sit here and tell me that you don’t read books and just wish and wish for so-and-so to finally fall in love with their one true love, so-and-so.
So, since I’m being corny and silly today, I’m going to talk about my favorite book pairings. Some of you will agree, some of you will look at me like I’m crazy person. I’ll repeat what I said earlier, my blog, my rules :D
Now some of you may know this but yesterday was National Coming Out Day. I really love this day because it really encourages everyone, straight, gay, lesbian, bi to be themselves and to accept themselves and to be accepting of others. I loved reading all the tweets, seeing all the pictures on Instagram and the posts on Facebook celebrating this day. It’s wonderful to see all the people who are so proud of who they are.
And then I realized that I should do the same. I should.
Hello, all. Are you happy that its Friday? I know that I definitely am! Weekends are amazing. The best part of this weekend? Southern California finally got some rain today, and some lovely fall weather! After weeks and weeks of extremely hot weather, it was so nice to finally get some cold weather! I’m stoked on it.
You know what else comes along with fall, it seems like? Besides colder weather and new boots and sweaters and Thanksgiving and new TV shows? New book releases. I’ve already blown through J.K. Rowling’s new book, The Casual Vacancy, and Jen Calonita’s new book in her Belles series, Winter White. Now we’re going to talk about another recent release…our book of the week.

So Cal Wizarding Weekend is a little less than a month away, taking place on the dates of November 2nd to 4th, with three awesome events to look forward to. One of these events is an unofficial annual event taking place at the Happiest Place on Earth every November…and now its transformed into an amazing three day event!
For those of you who don’t know (I didn’t know), the Liebster Blog Award is an award that is given to a blog with less than 200 followers (I have about 40 so that’s definitely me) and its basically to given some recognition to those up and coming blogs who are just starting or are trying to get some notice.
