Novel Share Saturday {7} – Writer’s Block…Real or Myth?

Novel Share Saturday is the newest in weekly segments on What A Nerd Girl Says. Saturdays are a day to take a break from talking about all the books I’ve read and focus on my other hobby – writing! This week I’m talking about writer’s block. Its one of the biggest problems you face as a writer, whether you’re published or not and I’ve noticed over my years and years of attending various author events and panels that its one of the number one questions that authors get asked about.

Top Ten Tuesday – Anticipated Spring 2019 Releases

Music Monday {8}

Music Monday is a weekly post where you can share a song, a music video or anything musical related that you’re feeling awesome about that week. Here on What A Nerd Girl Says, I will almost always share a song that I’m super into that week and the music video, if any, that goes with it!

This week’s song is from a band that I’ve listened to on and off since I was ten years old. No Doubt’s album, Tragic Kingdom, was the first CD I ever bought, so it has a meaning for me and I listened to that CD until it was worn and scratched. I am picking this song because of my recent obsession with the movie, Captain Marvel, and the significance of that song in the movie.
