Waiting on Wednesday {30}
Today’s Waiting on Wednesday post is Rage, the highly anticipated sequel to Cora Carmack’s Roar, her young adult fantasy debut that came out all the way back in 2017 and I’ve been dying to get my hands on. I’ve been patiently waiting – the delay was absolutely for good reason – so I’m excited that we are only THREE weeks away from the release!
July Books and Blog Wrap Up and August Goals!
Welcome to my monthly recap, where I recap the previous month and share my reading goals for the next month! I used to just strictly share what books I’d wanted to read and what I’d read but I am trying a new thing where I share all the posts from the month as well, in case you missed anything and want to catch up! Let’s see how this goes.
Guys, I am in SUCH a slump right now – most of what I’m reading is rereads. I just can’t stay focused on anything right now. I’m four books behind in my goodreads challenge and I feel like life is finally starting to calm down…a little bit so hopefully that means READING picks up because I truly miss it.
Top Ten Tuesday – Cover Re-Designs I Loved
The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post is all about cover redesigns that I really liked. Now, some of these are ones where I actually liked the re-design better and some of them are just, yay, pretty new covers, and now I own way too many editions of this novel. I know there are a lot of people who don’t particularly love redesigns but I do – it gives me an excuse to buy the books again and support the author more! I will say, I hate redesigns RIGHT in the middle of a series – that drives me INSANE.

This week’s post is all about the settings that I want to see more in books – either because I don’t see them or I’m just greedy and I want more!
