JANUARY BOOK AND BLOG WRAP UP AND FEBRUARY GOALS!

Okay, I’ll admit it – I have not started 2020 the way I wanted to when it comes to reading – I’m in the WORST slump that I’ve ever been in. I’ve been trying to keep up with blogging, despite that, but soon I’ll have no reviews to post because…well I haven’t read anything. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m hoping I’ll get over it soon. I actually lowered my reading goal from 100 to 75 – that’s how bad it is. I may raise it back up again at some point but for now? Its where it is. Especially since I’m not sure if I’ll catch up this month because its my birthday month and I am SOOOO BUSY.

If you have any tips on how to get out of a book slump – I’m happy to hear them!

It has been made SOOOO much easier since the beginning of Disney+ – at least I have access to them now! I’m planning on writing little short reviews in chunks, five to six movies at a time, so hold on tight, let’s do this!

Top Ten Tuesday – Most Anticipated Book Releases for the First Half of 2020

The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post was a book cover freebie and I had absolutely NO ideas for a post so I decided to do the post from a couple weeks ago that I didn’t do – my most anticipated releases for the first half of 2020.

Also I did eleven books – not ten – because I just couldn’t narrow it down.

Checking Out the NEW Funko Store in Hollywood!

Just about a week ago, I was lucky enough to win lottery tickets to go see Frozen on Broadway at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre. You can read my full review here. I decided to take my dad and because we live a decent ways away and had to get there early to pick up our tickets, we got there early. I knew that a Funko store had opened in Hollywood but I had no idea where it was – I don’t think I ever looked – AND I had no idea that it was basically right next door to the Pantages Theatre.

I knew exactly how we were going to kill time.
