I literally JUST downloaded this to my Nook so I’m excited to dive into it and read it :) It should be GREAT.
What did you just recently finish reading?
Yeah, shop I re-read it again. I just can’t really explain how much this book means to me. It became one of my favorites of all time SO quickly. I have never read a book like this before, malady that understands the way Harry Potter makes me feel. Cath is me. She’s awkward and unsure but she gets online and she starts to write and she gets lost in the Simon Snow world and it was so beautiful. I felt so connected with Cath, it was ridiculous. So yeah, I read it again haha.
What do you think you’ll be reading next?
Can I be honest on this one? I have NO idea. I’m in the worst reading slump that I think I’ve ever been in. I have so many books to read and I just can’t seem to read them. I hope after Cress that I’ll be able to read again. Seriously. I would read anything right now just to get back in the groove haha.

I’m currently reading Nos4A2 by Joe Hill. It’ll likely take me a bit. After that onto Legend or Divergent.
Ooh yay I’ve been wanting to read Cress for ages! Thank goodness I have you to keep me up to date with things :) Also – Tamora Pierce is coming to Melbourne this year. I know these things happen all the time for you but they don’t here and I’m SO EXCITED!
Oh my god those things happen all the time to me but I would CHANGE it for the WORLD to meet Tammy. I mean, she’s my second favorite author after JKR. I would DIE. I’m tempted to send you a letter to give to her haha. I mean, oh my god, Tammy
Do it! I’ll give her your letter! We have her to thank for our friendship :) I have no idea when or where she’s coming, but her page on FB says Melbourne, so if it changes I’ll be devastated, but I am so excited anyway! Not many people get it but I know you will – when you grow up as much in another world as your own, and love the characters as much as any real person, meeting the person who created that will be just…overwhelming.
That aside, how are you enjoying Cress? I love how kooky she seems in the snippets I’ve read :)
We could TOTALLY thank her for our friendship. I hope she continues to make that stop in Melbourne. It would be absolutely fantastic!
So far, I’m liking Cress. I haven’t had a TON of time to read it yet but I’m about a third of the way in and its SO SO SO good
