Welcome to my monthly recap, where I recap the previous month and share my reading goals for the next month! I used to just strictly share what books I’d wanted to read and what I’d read but I am trying a new thing where I share all the posts from the month as well, in case you missed anything and want to catch up! Let’s see how this goes.

Top Ten Tuesday – Things That Make Me Pick Up a Book
The Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly challenge post previously hosted by The Broke and Bookish and now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl. You can follow along for each weekly post here. This week’s post is the top ten things that make me pick up a book! This was actually kind of a hard post to do and I was unable to even think of ten reasons I pick up a book!
Boyfriend Book Review: The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer
The Boyfriend Book Review is a recurring column here on What A Nerd Girl Says. My boyfriend, Daniel (read his bio here), is a reader as well. He suffered from what a lot of male readers suffer from – they only read white men! Well, of course, that didn’t really work with this Nerd Girl and he has been making a journey through my massive YA collection. Now we’ve started this column together, to review books that I’ve most likely already reviewed so that we can get a male perspective on it. We hope you enjoy!
Event Recap: Ontario Teen Book Fest, March 9th 2019!
I am so behind! But here it is, a few weeks late, but still here. A few weeks ago was my favorite event of the year, the Ontario Teen Book Fest. I’ve been attending this wonderful event since 2013 and have participated in many different capacities, from the official blogger and blog tour organizer to moderator and featured author. This year was no different and I was so excited to come back, organize the blog tour and moderate a super fun panel with fantastic authors!
Waiting on Wednesday (25)
Today’s Waiting on Wednesday is the sequel to the deliciously evil and addicting novel that came out last summer, #MurderTrending, #MurderFunding by Gretchen McNeil. Gretchen always writes the best books with a body count and #MurderTrending wasn’t a disappointment in the slightest. I’m really excited about #MurderFunding, to see what happens next and to learn a little more about this alternate reality that was created in the first book!
The Sunday Post {7}
The Sunday Post is a weekly post hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer. This is a chance to wrap up the week and share what has happened. Continue on to read about what I’ve read, blogged, watched, listened to, played, written and experienced in the last week. I share any current giveaways or recent interviews! You can also take a peek at what’s to come in the next week!
